More entertainment has returned to Walt Disney World’sMagic Kingdom, and we were there for the first return performance of Mickey’s Magical Friendship Fair, an updated version of Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire including a new opening number for Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary. The show takes place multiple times a day on the Cinderella Castle Stage. Staring the Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy the show celebrates classic and contemporary Disney Characters in a magical, musical extravaganza featuring lively dancing, dazzling effects, and music from Tiana and friends from Princess and the Frog, Rapunzel and Flynn from Tangled along with Anna, Elsa, and Olaf from Frozen.
“Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire” made its debut today on the Cinderella Castle Forecourt Stage at Magic Kingdom Park. The show, newly enhanced for the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary celebration, incorporates favorite scenes inspired by “Frozen,” “Tangled,” and “The Princess and the Frog” – including favorite characters such as Tiana, Rapunzel, Flynn, Olaf, Anna and Elsa. This magical musical extravaganza also features a new opening and a new finale with Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy and Goofy in their sparkling, EARidescent fashions.
