The grand opening of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure on October 1, 2021, is more than just a ride—it’s a celebration of culinary creativity and Parisian whimsy, complete with a brand-new line of Remy Ratatouille merch. As part of EPCOT’s multi-year transformation and Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebration, guests can bring a bit of “Remy magic” home with them.
