June 2022 brought the perfect opportunity for a peaceful ride through Tomorrowland aboard one of Walt Disney World’s most relaxing attractions: the PeopleMover. This elevated tram glides above the crowds, giving guests a breezy, bird’s-eye view of Magic Kingdom’s futuristic neighborhood.
A Narrated Tour of Disney Classics
The PeopleMover is a narrated tour that lets you slow down and soak in the atmosphere. As you coast through Tomorrowland, you’ll pass directly inside and above attractions like Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, Space Mountain, and the Star Traders retail shop.
A Peek at Progress City
One of the most fascinating highlights is a glimpse of Progress City, Walt Disney’s original concept model for EPCOT. This miniature city offers a rare piece of Disney history, nestled quietly inside the PeopleMover’s winding route.
