A Galactic Upgrade to Star Wars Weekends

The Feel the Force Premium Package debuted in 2014 as an exciting new addition to Disney’s Star Wars Weekends at Hollywood Studios. This VIP offering gave guests a reserved viewing area for the Legends of the Force: Star Wars Celebrity Motorcade and a Star Wars-themed fireworks dessert party later that evening—an ideal blend of entertainment and indulgence.
VIP Parade Viewing and More

We checked in at Min & Bill’s Dockside Diner and received our wristbands for the event. The designated parade viewing area offered soft drinks and Disney ice cream favorites like Mickey Bars—perfect for a hot Florida day. The view of the celebrity motorcade was fantastic, and it felt great to skip the crowd and relax in a prime location.
After the parade, we enjoyed more Star Wars Weekend offerings, including celebrity appearances and special presentations at the Premier Theater.
Star Wars Fireworks and Dessert Party
The real highlight was the Fireworks Dessert Party, held alongside the “Symphony in the Stars” nighttime fireworks. While the Sorcerer’s Hat limited sightlines somewhat in 2014, the themed desserts and drinks more than made up for it. With the hat now removed, future shows should offer even better visibility.
Dessert highlights included:
-

Star Wars Weekend “Fell The Force” Premium Package – “Jabba the Hutt” – Dantooine Cane Syrup Infused Carrot Cake and Cream Cheese Parfait with Light Saber Dex’s Diners Ronna Lemon Tart with Raspberry
- C3PO Golden Laced Pot de Crème
- Naboo Gungan City Rice Crispy Bon Bons
- Jabba the Hutt Dantooine Cane Syrup Carrot Cake
- Chocolate Salted Caramel Ration Bars
- Yoda’s Chocolate Crunch Cupcakes
- Darth Vader Cupcakes
- Frozen Mickey Ice Cream

Themed beverages included adult options like The Jedi Mind Trick, The Force, and The Dark Side, as well as kid-friendly Padawan Punch and Ewok Juice.
