A Musical Holiday Tour Around World Showcase
During the 2016 Holidays Around the World celebration at Epcot, guests were treated to an unforgettable musical journey through each country’s holiday traditions. The rich cultural atmosphere of World Showcase came to life through live entertainment, creating an uplifting and immersive seasonal experience.

In this blog and full video, we take a festive stroll around the lagoon, stopping at each performance that made Epcot’s holiday celebration so unique.
Holiday Music from Around the World
The tour begins in Mexico, where the legendary Mariachi Cobre fills the air with festive rhythms. From there, we peek into the Candlelight Processional, a cherished Epcot tradition featuring a live orchestra, massed choir, and celebrity narrator telling the story of Christmas.

Next up are the Voices of Liberty, performing holiday classics in perfect harmony inside the American Adventure rotunda. Just outside, American Music Machine delivers a contemporary a cappella twist to favorite holiday songs, blending pop harmonies and smooth vocals.

And finally, in Canada, the Canadian Holiday Voyageurs bring a lively and interactive show to the Mill Stage, sharing the holiday spirit with musical traditions from across the Great White North.
Epcot’s Holiday Legacy
Before it became part of the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays, Holidays Around the World was a fan-favorite event that blended music, food, and traditions from every corner of World Showcase. The 2016 edition was one of the final years under its original name, and this tour captures that legacy.
