Three Bridges Bar & Grill Debuts at Coronado Springs Resort (2019)

If you’ve stayed at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, you’ve likely noticed the scenic walkways crisscrossing the shimmering Lago Dorado. At the heart of it all lies Three Bridges Bar & Grill, a lakeside dining spot officially opened in 2019. Built on Villa del Lago and accessed via—you guessed it—three bridges, this open-air restaurant offers incredible views and bold flavors.

Sneak Peek at the Menu

We were invited to a media preview before the restaurant opened. During the event, chefs presented an array of globally inspired small plates and entrees. Some standout bites included curry-lentil hummus, toasted pumpkin seeds, and stuffed mushrooms featuring plant-based chorizo.

Another early favorite was the warm Manchego and Oaxaca cheese dip served with blue corn tortilla chips. But the star of the night may have been the grilled skirt steak on toasted baguette, topped with pepper relish and finished with a farm egg.
