According to our host Disney President and CEO, Michael Eisner, “In tonight’s special, Beauty and the Best a Concert on Ice, we are about to see an exciting new interpretation of the academy award-winning story and score, from Beauty and the Beast.” With music from both the Beauty and the Beast Movie and the Broadway production, the world’s greatest skaters are joined by actors and singers from Disney’s theatrical stage cast and their recording studio on ice. With Ekaterina Gordeeva as Belle, Victor Petrenko as The Beast, Scott Hamilton as Lumiere, Lloyd Eisler as Gaston, Marina Klimova and Sergei Ponomarenko, Shae-Lynn Bourne & Victor Kraatz, JoJo Starbuck as Mrs. Potts, and special guest artists from the stage theatrical cast.
