Welcome Back to the Lounge Above the Magic
This summer marks the long-awaited return of one of Disney Vacation Club Members’ most beloved hideaways—Top of the World Lounge at Bay Lake Tower. On July 11, the doors officially reopened to eligible members, revealing a brand-new twist on the classic rooftop retreat.
Villains Left Their Mark
While the lounge was closed, it seems a few Disney Villains made themselves at home. Now, guests will discover infamous portraits, subtle décor changes, and nods to mischievous legends throughout the space. The reimagined lounge has been appropriately renamed: Top of the World Lounge – A Villains Lair.
Wickedly Good Eats and Fiendish Fare
To celebrate the change in atmosphere, the lounge features a new villain-inspired menu. Guests can enjoy cleverly named creations like:
- Cherna-Board – a sinister spread of meats and cheeses
- Unfortunate Souls Shrimp – herb-roasted and loaded with flavor
- Lair-Made Hummus – perfect for plant-based plotters
- Who’s Afraid of Pork Belly Sliders – devilishly delicious bites
Each dish pairs perfectly with themed cocktails like The Other Side, The Underworld, and Mirror Mirror Moonshine—crafted for sipping with style.
A Wickedly Perfect View
No evening at the Villains’ Lair is complete without the rooftop viewing of Disney Enchantment. With an unbeatable vantage point high above Magic Kingdom, DVC Members can raise a glass, reflect on their latest escape, and plan their next mischievous move.
Know Before You Go
Access to the lounge is available to eligible Disney Vacation Club Members who purchased directly through Disney. Guests must present a valid photo ID, digital Membership Card, and active Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation.
