Spirit of America Fife & Drum Corps at Epcot: 2013 Performance

The Spirit of America Fife & Drum Corps was a beloved addition to the American Adventure in Epcot’s World Showcase. From Epcot’s opening in 1982 until September 2014, guests could enjoy seven performances daily. The distinctive drumming and patriotic tunes echoed through the nearby countries of World Showcase, offering a musical tribute to America’s revolutionary heritage.

A Patriotic Tradition at Epcot

Each performance by the Fife & Drum Corps celebrated America’s musical roots with songs that embodied the revolutionary spirit. The group performed in period-appropriate costumes, enhancing the authentic colonial atmosphere. Their shows served as a prelude to the Voices of Liberty, who performed inside the American Adventure rotunda.
