Autumn has officially arrived, and that means new seasonal bites across Walt Disney World Resort. From EPCOT to Disneyโs Grand Floridian, resorts and parks are bursting with festive flavors.
At Gasparilla Island Grill in the Grand Floridian, new breakfast items like the plant-based Aรงai Bowl and Egg White Wrap offer fresh ways to start your day. For lunch or dinner, sandwich lovers will find updated classics like the Italian, Caprese, and Cuban, each served on fresh-baked bread from the Grand Floridian Bakery.
Looking for something bolder? The Mojo Chicken Bowl and its plant-based counterpart deliver authentic Florida flavor with sweet potato, cilantro-scallion aioli, and black bean salad.
Over at Disneyโs Saratoga Springs, the Backstretch Pool Bar introduces a New York-style Hot Dog and crowd-pleasing Buffalo Chicken Nachos starting mid-September.
EPCOTโs Sunshine Seasons is also serving up fall favorites. New sandwiches and breakfast options like Overnight Oats and Ham, Egg & Cheese Sandwich make this a canโt-miss stop.
