Fall 2022 Foodie Guide: New Eats at Walt Disney World & Disneyland Resorts

Savor the Flavors of Fall at Disney Resorts

Autumn has arrived at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts, bringing a delightful array of seasonal dishes, treats, and beverages to satisfy every palate.

Flavors of Fall at Walt Disney World

Autumn has officially arrived, and that means new seasonal bites across Walt Disney World Resort. From EPCOT to Disneyโ€™s Grand Floridian, resorts and parks are bursting with festive flavors.

At Gasparilla Island Grill in the Grand Floridian, new breakfast items like the plant-based Aรงai Bowl and Egg White Wrap offer fresh ways to start your day. For lunch or dinner, sandwich lovers will find updated classics like the Italian, Caprese, and Cuban, each served on fresh-baked bread from the Grand Floridian Bakery.

Looking for something bolder? The Mojo Chicken Bowl and its plant-based counterpart deliver authentic Florida flavor with sweet potato, cilantro-scallion aioli, and black bean salad.

Over at Disneyโ€™s Saratoga Springs, the Backstretch Pool Bar introduces a New York-style Hot Dog and crowd-pleasing Buffalo Chicken Nachos starting mid-September.

EPCOTโ€™s Sunshine Seasons is also serving up fall favorites. New sandwiches and breakfast options like Overnight Oats and Ham, Egg & Cheese Sandwich make this a canโ€™t-miss stop.

Even Magic Kingdom gets in on the fun. Skipper Canteen now serves the Jungle Bird Cocktail and Golden Haze Margarita, while Liberty Tree Tavern offers the new Gold Rush cocktail and Magical Beacon featuring a glowing souvenir cube.

Fall Favorites at Disneyland Resort

Out west, Disneyland Resort is dishing up big seasonal energy. From baked potatoes at Troubadour Tavern to spicy sandwiches at Pacific Wharf Cafรฉ, thereโ€™s something for every taste.

Paradise Garden Grillโ€™s Traditional Tamale Plate honors Latin flavors with green Chile chicken tamales, Spanish rice, and beans. And if you love heat, the Ghost Pepper Potato Bites at Studio Catering Truck bring the fire.

Resort lounges are also stepping up their game. Hearthstone Lounge at Disneyโ€™s Grand Californian Hotel now offers Shrimp & Grits and a new beverage lineup, including a Rye Sour with Whistle Pig 10 Yr Whiskey.

Downtown Disneyโ€™s Sprinkles and Salt & Straw are sweetening the season too. Look for cupcakes packed with pumpkin spice and rich chocolate.  Or explore Salt & Strawโ€™s Harvest Festival Series for ice cream inspired by autumn harvest flavors.
