During the summer of 2022, Disney California Adventure guests were treated to an unforgettable celebration of Black culture, heritage, and music. As part of the Celebrate Soulfully initiative, the Hollywood Backlot Stage became a hub for soulful sounds and inspiring performances.
A Vibrant Performance from a Talented Band
Among the musical highlights was the Forward Motion Band, whose energetic presence and diverse setlist brought the crowd to life. This group of talented musicians delivered a mix of R&B, funk, and soul, drawing applause with every note.
Their set added to the dynamic spirit of Celebrate Soulfully, a seasonal event designed to uplift and honor musical traditions through live entertainment and community engagement.
