Fresh Fall Bites at Wilderness Lodge
There’s no better time to visit Disney’s Wilderness Lodge than fall. This season, the resort is turning up the flavor with exciting new food and drink offerings at both Territory Lounge and Roaring Fork.
Territory Lounge: Elevated Bites and Sips
The hidden gem of Wilderness Lodge, Territory Lounge, is now serving an enhanced menu of shareable snacks and specialty cocktails.
Highlights include the Territory Popcorn Sampler, featuring chef-curated flavors like spicy caramel, sea salt, truffle, and BBQ. The standout Bacon on the Wire comes with black pepper candied bacon, deviled eggs topped with shrimp, beef jerky, and a bourbon glaze.
Looking for something heartier? Try the Loaded Baked Potato Flatbread or the Salmon Run Flatbread, topped with dill-cured salmon, truffle cream cheese, and capers.
Drinks include the Smores Old Fashioned, made with toasted marshmallow syrup, and the Timeless Elias, a smoky cocktail crafted with Macallan Scotch and vanilla bean syrup.
Roaring Fork: Comfort Food and Sweet Treats
Roaring Fork is also serving up comfort classics and creative sweets starting October 11. Guests can start the day with a Meat and Potatoes Quiche or a Vegetable Lover’s Quiche. Sweet options like the Warm Grizzly Bear Claw and Blueberry Cinnamon Roll are must-tries. Wilderness Lodge food
Lunch and dinner additions include the Asian-Style Noodle Salad, Country-Style Baked Meatloaf, and Barbecued Brisket with Burnt Ends.
And dessert? The Bear Mousse Cake and Humphrey Bee Hive Cake are almost too cute to eat—but too delicious to skip!
