If you’ve been waiting for a high-speed race unlike anything Magic Kingdom has ever seen, you’re in for a thrill.
Step Into the Grid
The story behind TRON Lightcycle / Run picks up right after TRON: Legacy. Kevin Flynn’s son, Sam Flynn, has opened a second portal into the Grid — and now, you get to step through it. The first portal was opened at Shanghai Disneyland with the original TRON Lightcycle Power Run. Now, guests at Magic Kingdom can experience the next chapter.
Inside the queue, you’ll feel like you’ve been digitized and transported right into the Grid.
You’ll join Team Blue and face off against Team Orange, the menacing Programs who dominate the digital world. The goal? Race through eight Energy Gates — and beat Team Orange to victory!

TRON Lightcycle / Run isn’t just about cool tech and neon vibes — it delivers high-speed thrills. This ride will be one of the fastest coasters at any Disney theme park in the world.
