New Dishes at Le Cellier Steakhouse
Le Cellier in EPCOTโs Canada Pavilion has updated its menu with enticing options. New appetizers include Green Onion & Garlic Canadian Cove Mussels, Mushroom Bisque, and Jumbo Chilled Shrimp. Plant-based diners can enjoy Fried Cauliflower with tahini espuma or the hearty Canadian Tourtiรจre, a chickpea and mushroom pie. New entrees also shine, with Prime Steak Tartare โKibbeh Nayehโ and Grilled Scallops stealing the spotlight.
Resort Food Courts Serve Up Flavor
Across Disney Resort Hotels, several quick-service food courts are offering fresh summer bites. The Korean-style IMPOSSIBLE Burger features a plant-based patty with barbecue sauce and pickled slaw. Guests can also try the Seas the Plant-based Summer chocolate cake, available at multiple resorts starting June 1.
At Everything POP in Pop Century Resort, the Cuban Burger blends ham, pickled pepper relish, provolone, and dijonnaise on brioche. Over at All-Star Sports Resort, the new Bases Loaded Burger delivers bacon jam, an onion ring, and beer-cheese sauce on a toasted bun.
Sweet Surprises Await
Look for Sweet Summertime Favorites at the All-Star Resorts starting June 1. This adorable dish mimics a hot dog and fries using chocolate sugar cookies and raspberry sauce.
Caribbean Beach Resortโs Centertown Market will offer Mickey and Minnie-themed sundaes. The Mickey Sundae includes chocolate swirl soft-serve and mini brownies, while Minnieโs version adds strawberry sauce and signature chocolate decor.
Bakery and Bar Specials
At BoardWalk Deli, guests can grab the Strawberry Shortcake Croissant Roll on weekends beginning May 29. For berry lovers, the Summer Berry Shortcake launches June 1 at Gasparilla Island Grill with sponge cake, blueberry compote, strawberries, and Chantilly cream.
Adults can raise a glass to summer at Geyser Point Bar & Grill with a new Margarita Flight featuring black cherry, spicy pineapple, raspberry, and cucumber melon flavors. Toledo โ Tapas, Steak & Seafood introduces the Smoked Passion Fruit cocktail with brandy, passion fruit, smoked cinnamon, and frozen orange juice.
Global Flavors and Animal Kingdom Favorites
Rosa Mexicano, a new fine-dining spot at Walt Disney World Dolphin, brings modern Mexican cuisine and award-winning margaritas to the resort.
Animal Kingdom adds even more flavor with the Pineapple Crisp Sundae at Tamu Tamu. Restaurantosaurus welcomes back the Fried Chicken Sandwich on June 1, topped with lettuce, tomato, and roasted garlic aรฏoli. Flame Tree Barbecue also brings back its fan-favorite Ribs, Chicken, and Pulled Pork Sampler.
For dessert, the Dino Dig Ice Cream Sandwich features vanilla ice cream between sugar cookies with chocolate sprinkles, cookie crumbs, sugar bones, and a white chocolate dinosaur.
