What’s New This Year?
According to Chef Philip, this year’s focus is all about bold flavors and storytelling through food. One of the most buzzed-about additions is the Muppet Labs. Where Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker serve up fun, quirky treats with a scientific twist. Chef Philip shared how the culinary team worked hand-in-hand with Imagineering to blend immersive storytelling and creative cuisine in ways never seen before.

Another new favorite? The Braised Oxtail from the Flavors of America Marketplace, which Chef Philip describes as a rich, hearty dish inspired by American comfort classics with a gourmet twist. And don’t miss the reimagined Char & Chop Marketplace, offering flame-grilled goodness with layers of global influence.

Guests can also experience Emile’s Fromage Montage, a delicious food stroll featuring several cheesy goodies from the Global Marketplaces.
