It’s the tastiest time of the year! The Epcot Food & Wine Festival 2023 kicked off its 114-day run with global flavors, live entertainment, and culinary fun for all ages. Running through November 18, this year’s festival offers something for every palate—and we were there on opening day to take it all in.

Festival Must-Try Spots on Opening Day
We started our adventure at the brand-new Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey, a revamped location with creative flavors and drinks. From the scientific theming to the bold sauces, this is one lab you won’t want to skip.
Then it was off to some of our favorites:
- Mexico for the flavorful Tostada de Carnitas
- India with returning favorites like the Curry-Spiced Crispy Cheese
- China, where the Chicken Dumplings remain a fan favorite
- The Alps with its savory Cheese Raclette dishes
- Germany and France, both delivering crowd-pleasers as usual
We also explored the new merchandise and festival gear and monitored the Eat to the Beat Concert Series, which brings live music to the America Gardens Theatre every evening.
