Meet the Characters of Star Wars: Ahsoka on Disney+

The next chapter in the Star Wars saga begins with Ahsoka, premiering August 23 on Disney+. This new series follows the journey of former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates a growing galactic threat. Let’s meet the heroes, villains, and everyone in between who will shape this next Star Wars adventure.

Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson), an orange-skinned Togrutan with white face markings, lifts the hood of her cloak off of her head with a serious expression.

Introduced during The Clone Wars, Ahsoka Star Wars characters like her have grown immensely popular. Once Anakin Skywalker’s Padawan, Ahsoka walked away from the Jedi Order but continued fighting for justice. Most recently, she appeared in The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett. Actress Rosario Dawson brings her to life in live action, describing Ahsoka’s journey as “exceptional.”

Sabine Wren (Natasha Liu Bordizzo), a Mandalorian with short, purple hair, stands in front of a mural she painted featuring the crew of the Ghost. She is looking off into the distance with a thoughtful expression.

A Mandalorian warrior and graffiti artist, Sabine brings rebellion and creativity wherever she goes. Known for wielding the Darksaber and inspiring the Rebel Alliance symbol, she’s now searching for Ezra Bridger alongside Ahsoka. Her legacy lives on through her vibrant artwork and fierce spirit.

Hera is the brave pilot and leader from Star Wars Rebels, now a general in the New Republic. She’s also a mother, and her strong yet compassionate nature makes her a central figure in the Ahsoka Star Wars characters lineup. Winstead describes Hera as both “a leader and a maternal figure.”

Chopper (Voiced by Dave Filoni)

C1-10P, affectionately called Chopper, is the cranky but loyal droid of the Ghost crew. Rescued by Hera as a child, he’s been causing mayhem and saving the day ever since.

Grand Admiral Thrawn (Lars Mikkelsen)

A legendary strategist, Thrawn is one of the most dangerous villains among the Ahsoka Star Wars characters. Last seen disappearing with Ezra Bridger, his return could change the balance of power in the galaxy. Lars Mikkelsen reprises his role from Rebels, this time in live action.

Morgan Elsbeth (Diana Lee Inosanto) sneers at something off camera, her white hair pulled back with braids. Out of focus in the darkness behind her are Shin Hati (Ivanna Sakhno) and Baylan Skoll (Ray Stevenson).

Introduced in The Mandalorian, Morgan Elsbeth is a former magistrate and Imperial sympathizer. A fierce fighter, she holds a grudge against Ahsoka after their previous battle ended in her arrest.

Baylan Skoll (Ray Stevenson), a pale human with grey hair and a beard, holds up his red lightsaber parallel to his face. He stands in partial darkness, his serious expression illuminated by the red glow of his lightsaber.
