A holdover from Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary, Spaceship Earth Loop 2023 continues to enchant guests every night. As the sun sets, Spaceship Earth transforms into a glowing display of light, music, and magic. It adds a dose of wonder to Epcot’s evening festivities during the Food & Wine Festival.
During the 50th anniversary, each Epcot festival premiered a unique musical sequence tied to the celebration. Many of us were expecting something new for the 2023 Food & Wine Festival. Instead, we got two returning favorites: Be Our Guest (first seen during the 2022 Food & Wine Festival) and Epcot Imagination (which debuted at the Festival of the Arts).
There’s limited time between dusk and the 9 PM Epcot Forever fireworks. That’s especially true in August when the festival begins. Still, fans of the Beacon of Magic came out to enjoy the moment. And we were ready!
