The Disney College Program is calling! Applications are now open for the spring 2024 semester, offering college students and recent graduates the chance to work, learn, and play at Walt Disney World Resort. This unique internship lets participants gain valuable experience in a variety of roles across the theme parks and resorts, helping to create magic for guests from around the world.
Since launching over 40 years ago, the Disney College Program has helped kickstart the careers of many Disney leaders and industry professionals. Participants develop transferable skills, network with Disney professionals, and enjoy exclusive perks—including park access, cast previews, and VoluntEAR events. It’s more than an internship; it’s a career-building adventure.

A New Home at Flamingo Crossings Village
Participants live in Flamingo Crossings Village, a state-of-the-art community located near Walt Disney World. Managed by American Campus Communities, this upscale complex offers apartment-style living, resort-style pools, fitness centers, and community spaces. Disney adds extra magic with themed touches throughout the property.
Transportation is a breeze thanks to Disney’s on-site buses connecting residents to work locations and nearby shopping and dining. Whether enjoying the 12,500-square-foot fitness center or relaxing by the pool, students find both fun and comfort in their home away from home.
Education, Perks, and Career Building
Beyond on-the-job learning, participants can attend exclusive educational sessions and workshops designed to expand their skills and knowledge. For students still enrolled in school, the program is recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education.
Participants also enjoy coveted Disney perks. Free theme park admission, exclusive previews of new attractions, and opportunities to give back through Disney VoluntEARs.
