On September 27, 2023, we went live for the first time. This Week at Walt Disney World with Sam and Greg! It was called FUNatics News Diary back then, but this debut kicked off what’s become our weekly tradition—bringing you Disney news and conversation live every Wednesday at 9 p.m.
In our first Disney live show, Sam and Greg discussed the 2023 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, shared favorite bites, and announced our plan to go live every week. It was the start of something magical, and we’ve been going strong ever since!
From FUNatics News Diary to The Week at Walt Disney World
During that first show, Greg (now at fantasylandnews.com) and I discussed more than just food—we explained why we wanted to make a live weekly show, chatting about news, updates, and fun Disney topics each Wednesday night.
Since then, The Week at Walt Disney World has covered everything from festival updates to new attractions, food reviews, entertainment news, and more. What began as FUNatics News Diary has grown into an exciting, consistent way to connect with Disney fans every week. That’s for watching the first Disney live show Sam and Greg
