To mark National Veterans and Military Families Month this November, the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds took flight over Walt Disney World Resort in an awe-inspiring display of precision flying. This special flyover covered not just one, but two iconic Disney parks: Magic Kingdom and EPCOT.

A Flyover to Remember
โAmericaโs Teamโ announced their arrival with a thunderous pass over Magic Kingdom Park followed by EPCOT delighting all who looked skyward at this display of military talent and professionalism. The Thunderbirds then returned to Magic Kingdom Park for a second pass over Cinderella Castle culminating in their famous delta maneuver as they rapidly accelerated skyward in different directions giving the appearance of an unforgettable fireworks display.

A Patriotic Flyover Across Two Iconic Parks
Guests gazing up from Cinderella Castle and Spaceship Earth were treated to a rare and thunderous aerial spectacle. The Thunderbirds, also known as โAmericaโs Team,โ made their presence known with a dramatic pass over both parks. For the finale, they returned to Magic Kingdom and performed their signature delta maneuverโascending skyward in unison before splitting off in different directions, mimicking a patriotic fireworks display.

This yearโs flyover held extra significance as it coincided with The Walt Disney Companyโs 100th anniversary and the Thunderbirdsโ 70th anniversary of inspiring patriotism. Among the guests were nearly 50 ROTC students from the University of Central Florida, invited to experience this tribute firsthand as future military leaders.
