Hoโomaikaโi to Dylan Rogers, New Aulani Disney Ambassador
Congratulations to Dylan Rogers! She has earned the role of Aulani Disney Ambassador at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaiโi. Dylan will represent Aulani Resort and its cast members throughout 2024-25. She will continue the tradition of sharing Disney magic with guests and the community.
Dylanโs Journey at Aulani
Dylan joined Aulani Resort six years ago. She started as a front desk agent, then became a groupโs assistant, a front desk lead, and a guest service manager. She also served as a Traditions facilitator for 2022-23. Recently, she earned her Master of Science in Management through Disney Aspire.
An Honor and a Responsibility
โWhat an honor,โ Dylan told cast members after her announcement at Aulani Resortโs 12th anniversary celebration. โIโm truly humbled to be your Aulani Ambassador. I donโt take this lightlyโitโs a kuleana, a responsibility I feel deeply. I will work hard every day to earn this for all of you.โ
Inspired by Family and Creativity
Dylan credits her grandmother for encouraging her love of Disney and creative talents. Her grandmother inspired her artistic projects. Dylan plans to use her creativity to promote Aulaniโs cast and their stories to the world.
Building on a Strong Legacy
โI know Kanoa [Kawai, current Aulani Ambassador] and our former Ambassadors, Janelle Sanqui, Manakล Tanaka, and Alyssa-Lende Kane, built a strong foundation,โ Dylan said. โI canโt wait to build on that and elevate Aulani Resort and all of you.โ
Representing Aulaniโs Magic
A competitive interview process selected Dylan from a group of talented cast members including Shawny Morey, Steve Paul, and Serena Valdez Duenas. As Aulani Disney Ambassador, Dylan will participate in internal recognition events, community outreach, Disney VoluntEAR projects, media interviews, social media appearances, and guest interactions.
Kanoa Kawai will serve through the end of the year and train Dylan until her term officially begins on January 1, 2024. We look forward to watching Dylan share the spirit of Aloha and Disney magic with the world!
