Disney Resort Dining Brings Fresh Flavors to Three Popular Spots
Disney Resort Dining is unveiling exciting menu updates across three favorite dining locations at Walt Disney World Resort. Beginning October 11, 2023, guests can enjoy new flavors and creative dishes at Geyser Point Bar & Grill at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, and Banana Cabana at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.

Geyser Point Bar & Grill: Disney Resort Dining Updates
Disney Resort Dining at Geyser Point offers new highlights like Crispy ‘Peking’ Ribs tossed in a savory sauce with cashews, and Geyser Chicken Wings now served in Thai Chili or Sriracha Buffalo flavors. The Charcuterie Flatbread combines salami, brisket, chorizo, bacon, and smoked gouda beer cheese. Plant-based diners at this Disney Resort Dining location can savor Macaroni and ‘Cheese’ Bites, a Vegetable Burger with spicy slaw and pepper jack ‘cheese,’ and a Multigrain Salad with Tofu or optional chicken, steak, or salmon. Plus, the Pineapple Mule cocktail joins the drink menu as a permanent addition.

Three Bridges Bar and Grill New Additions
Guests at Three Bridges can indulge in Korean Fried Chicken Bao Buns, Tamarind Soy-glazed Pork Ribs, and Ceviche Classico. The Villa del Lago Wedge Salad adds fresh flavors with baby iceberg, chorizo, bleu cheese, and avocado dressing. Entrées include Pork Carnitas Tacos, Chicken Mole Poblano, a Three Bridges Signature Burger with bacon marmalade and smoked gouda queso, and Plancha-seared Mahi Mahi and Shrimp. Desserts feature Warm Churros with three dipping sauces and Coconut Flan. Drinks include a Cold Brew Old Fashioned, Tinto de Verano, and the non-alcoholic Tropical Coconut Cooler.

Banana Cabana Flavor Updates
Banana Cabana debuts the Banana Cabana Burger topped with Caribbean barbecue, tomatillo-jalapeño cream cheese, pineapple salsa, and plantain crunch. Wing lovers can try new sauces: Rum Barbecue, Guava Buffalo, and classic Jamaican Jerk. New seafood options include Seafood Fritters with passion fruit aïoli and Coconut Shrimp with citrus-chili sauce. Fridays and Saturdays also feature live steel drum music for extra island vibes.
