Starting October 11, Disney’s Animal Kingdom introduces a wild array of delicious new menu items across the park. The culinary team has created a diverse lineup of dishes for every palate, from hearty rice bowls to inventive plant-based options.
Harambe Market Highlights
Harambe Market debuts several exciting rice bowls: the Chicken and Shrimp Rice Bowl, Chicken Rice Bowl, and Shrimp Rice Bowl, all served with jollof rice, kachumbari tomato salad, and tzatziki sauce. A kid’s Shrimp and Rice Bowl will also be available.
Meat lovers can enjoy the Beef and Lamb Kofta Pita, while plant-based diners can savor the IMPOSSIBLE Kofta Pita, both served with house-made chips. The new Harambe Salad with Chicken blends chermoula-marinated chicken with quinoa, grilled corn, black-eyed peas, and crispy chickpeas, topped with chermoula-herbed vinaigrette. Opt for shrimp as an alternative protein.
Don’t miss dessert: the Mango Passion Fruit Cheesecake is both refreshing and indulgent.
Breakfast Delights and More
Start your day with the Stuffed Pancake Sandwich, filled with sausage, guava paste, egg, and cheese (or opt without guava). Available at Drinkwallah, Pongu Pongu, Trek Snacks, and select carts.
Kusafiri Coffee Shop & Bakery introduces the Egg and Bacon Croissant Sandwich and Breakfast Totchos (potato barrels with eggs, cheese, curds, and bacon). Later in the day, try the IMPOSSIBLE Gatsby or the Harissa Chicken Wrap, both served with house-made chips.
New Flavors Across the Park
Pongu Pongu adds a Cinnamon Roll to its offerings. Flame Tree Barbecue debuts IMPOSSIBLE Burnt Ends and French Fries with Pulled Pork and Cheese.
Pizzafari’s latest plant-based addition, the Plant-Based Italian Sausage, comes with a side salad, while the Antipasto Side Salad offers a flavorful side option.
Tamu Tamu Refreshments expands its menu with the DOLE Whip Orange Soda Float topped with strawberry syrup, along with classic and spiked DOLE Whip options including the DOLE Whip Hard Cider Float debuting October 11.
