With more than 15 Holiday Kitchens scattered throughout the park, guests can enjoy dishes inspired by wintertime celebrations from around the world. Returning favorites include the Cheese Fondue in a Bread Bowl from Bavaria Holiday Kitchen and the Slow-Roasted Turkey from American Holiday Table. New dishes like the Rugalach from L’Chaim! Holiday Kitchen and the Seared Salmon with Maple-Bourbon Glaze from Yukon Holiday Kitchen are sure to surprise your tastebuds.
Sweet Traditions: The Holiday Cookie Stroll
Looking to indulge your sweet tooth? The Holiday Cookie Stroll invites guests to try five different cookies from various kitchens and collect stamps in a Festival Passport. Once complete, a special treat awaits at the Holiday Sweets & Treats booth. New cookies this year include a Snickerdoodle with SNICKERS bar pieces and a Peppermint Pinwheel.

- Holiday storytellers share seasonal customs from each World Showcase nation.
- JOYFUL! A Celebration of the Season blends gospel and R&B in celebration of Christmas and Kwanzaa.
- Olaf’s Holiday Tradition Expedition Scavenger Hunt provides family-friendly fun.
- The Candlelight Processional returns nightly with celebrity narrators and a live choir and orchestra, retelling the story of Christmas.

Several new booths debut in 2023, including:
- Swirled Showcase with vanilla, apple-cinnamon, and salted caramel soft-serve.
- Bubbles & Brine offering shrimp and crab cocktails paired with premium bubbles.
