No trip around World Showcase is complete without a stop at the Canada Pavilion. The Mill Stage has been home to many talented Canadian musicians. The 2023 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival is no exception. Les Raftsmen, or as they are known in Canada, Les Rats D’swompe, or the Swamp Rats, are proud Canadians from Northern and Eastern Ontario.
