Cast members like Terri and Roselie reflected on their personal growth, sharing how they were able to explore multiple roles and develop their Disney careers without ever leaving the resort. Roselie even trained in merchandise, the arcade, and food & beverage on day one. Today, she works full-time in food & beverage, grateful for the mentorship and support of her leaders.
