Right on the heels of the World of Frozen opening, Hong Kong Disneyland Park reached a monumental milestone—welcoming its 100 millionth guest! For the lucky visitors, the Chen family, what began as a birthday celebration turned into an unforgettable experience.
The Big Surprise
When the Chen family arrived at the park, they had no idea they were about to make history. As they walked near the Castle of Magical Dreams, they were met with a surprise celebration. Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, dressed in festive Christmas attire, helped mark the occasion. Michael Moriarty, Managing Director of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, presented the family with a certificate and a gift hamper, making the moment even more magical.

A Visit to World of Frozen
Naturally, the family’s first stop after the celebration was World of Frozen. It was their first time visiting the newly opened land. Where they experienced the magic of Arendelle through its innovative attractions and immersive design. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect.

A Magical Birthday Celebration
This trip to the park was extra meaningful—the Chen family was there to celebrate their mother’s birthday. To end the day in true Disney style, they enjoyed a character dinner buffet at the Enchanted Garden Restaurant inside the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. Surrounded by their favorite Disney friends, they captured moments they’ll treasure forever.
