If you loved the sneak peek of Mickey and Minnie Mouse’s designer islandwear for Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, you’re in for a treat! Disney Cruise Line has revealed the full lineup of Disney Lookout Cay character outfits, created by acclaimed Bahamian fashion designer Theodore Elyett.

Junkanoo Inspiration Brings the Magic
These vibrant outfits reflect the heart and soul of Bahamian culture, specifically inspired by the colorful festival of Junkanoo. Elyett designed all eight looks with celebration and craftsmanship in mind—complete with signature fringe, bold patterns, and bright hues.
Each look is unique to the character, yet tied together by Bahamian spirit. For example, Goofy’s vest includes festive fringe, while Mickey’s conch shell shorts and Minnie’s pineapple purse add tropical flair. You can also spot ocean waves and sun rays woven into Donald Duck and Chip and Dale’s designs.
Island Accessories with a Purpose
The characters’ raffia accessories—including hats, bags, and poms—are a direct nod to Bahamian straw work. From Donald and Daisy’s straw visors and oversized hats to raffia-trimmed dresses and beach-ready shoulder straps, every piece has been thoughtfully tailored.
“The goal was to celebrate the beauty of The Bahamas while designing vacation-ready looks,” said Elyett. “This exclusive ‘Junkanoo Fun in the Sun’ collection is tailored to match the personalities of Mickey and his pals.”
