Starting May 24, 2024, Disney+ will exclusively stream The Beach Boys, a brand-new documentary celebrating the legendary band that defined California pop.

The Beach Boys documentary traces the band’s rise from humble beginnings to global fame. The film highlights the creation of their timeless sound and the personal stories behind the music that captivated generations. Audiences will enjoy never-before-seen footage and brand-new interviews with band members Brian Wilson, Mike Love, Al Jardine, David Marks, and Bruce Johnston.

Featuring Music Legends and Rare Archives
The film also includes appearances and commentary from major music industry voices. Including Lindsey Buckingham, Janelle Monáe, Ryan Tedder, and Don Was. Viewers will hear from Carl and Dennis Wilson in archival recordings and enjoy a new interview with Blondie Chaplin, along with audio from Ricky Fataar.
