Side-by-Side: Classic vs. Reimagined

In our comparison video, we highlight key differences between Splash Mountain and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, including:

  • Animatronics – The new ride features state-of-the-art figures of Tiana, Louis, and Mama Odie, replacing the classic Br’er Rabbit, Br’er Fox, and Br’er Bear animatronics.
  • Music & Atmosphere – Splash Mountain’s classic “Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah” soundtrack is now replaced with an original New Orleans-inspired score.
  • Set Design – Instead of the Song of the South-inspired landscapes, guests now journey through lush bayou scenery, glowing fireflies, and lively Mardi Gras elements.
  • Final Drop – The ride still includes the iconic 50-foot drop, but now leads into a festive celebration instead of a Briar Patch landing.
