Behind the Scenes with the Team
Before guests arrive, Israel and the seating team review every reservation detail, memorizing names, celebrating special occasions, and preparing a personalized experience. The precision starts early in the day.
Servers Craig and Matt prepare signature welcome cocktails, while stewards Sebien and Diane polish every piece of tableware to perfection. With more than 500 wine selections available, each bottle is selected with care to complement the meal.
Inside the kitchen, Chef de Cuisine Matthew Sowers leads a team focused on showcasing seasonal ingredients and global influence. “We’re inspired by ingredients from around the world,” says Chef Matthew. “I want guests to experience something new and memorable.”
Assistant Sous Chef Mateo Hernandez arrives early to inspect ingredients and work with the reservation team on any custom requests. His meticulous nature and team-first attitude keep everything running smoothly. “Effective communication is crucial,” he says. “We don’t leave any loose ends.”

Pastry Chef Ally Rogers delivers the final touch of magic. She crafts imaginative, seasonal desserts that complement the tasting menu. From the first cocktail to the final bite, the team curates every guest experience with precision and heart.
