Build your perfect bowl or salad by choosing from four bases: a Steamed Tamale, Nacho Bowl, Rice Bowl, or Southwest Caesar Salad. Next, pick your protein—Citrus-Chipotle Chicken, Green Chili Pork, or Coca-Cola Cherry Braised Beef. Guests can even double up or add another protein for an extra kick!
