You may already have traditions for the Epcot Festival of the Holidays 2024—like completing the Cookie Stroll or singing along with the Candlelight Processional—but this year, from November 29 through December 30, seven all-new experiences are available.
1. A Grand and Miraculous Gingerbread Display
Inside CommuniCore Hall, guests will discover an 8-foot-tall gingerbread sculpture of Spaceship Earth. Created by the Epcot Pastry Team and Walt Disney Imagineering, this geodesic masterpiece is crafted from hundreds of gingerbread triangles and lights up to music several times a day. 2. Deck the CommuniCore Hall
Step into a world of seasonal wonder as CommuniCore Hall is adorned with festive décor and the enchanting Glittering Grove presented by Balsam Hill. Guests will also find exclusive festival merchandise perfect for holiday gift-giving.
3. Two New Holiday Kitchens
There’s more to taste this year with two new Holiday Kitchens inside CommuniCore Hall:
- Experimental Prototype Cookies of Tomorrow: Purchase your own Spaceship Earth-style gingerbread triangle in a decorating kit—fun for all ages.
- Favorites of Festivals Past: Revisit the most popular dishes from previous holiday festivals.

4. Do You Wanna Build a Snowflake?
Over in CommuniCore Plaza, guests can enjoy a complimentary snowflake decorating activity. It’s a great new family option alongside JOYFUL! A Celebration of the Season, now performing in the plaza.
5. JOYFUL! at CommuniCore Plaza
The vibrant and uplifting gospel, R&B, and holiday music group JOYFUL! A Celebration of the Season moves to CommuniCore Plaza this year. Enjoy their high-energy performances throughout the day—check the My Disney Experience app for showtimes.
6. Seasonal Scents with Scentsy
On the walkway between Imagination! Pavilion and World Showcase, explore Festive Fragrances, a snow globe garden inspired by Scentsy’s holiday aromas. Find favorite seasonal scents available for purchase in CommuniCore Hall.
7. Holiday Fun Throughout the Park
These new offerings join returning holiday favorites like the Holiday Storytellers, Candlelight Processional, and Living with the Land: Glimmering Greenhouses—all included with park admission. This year’s lineup at the Epcot Festival Holidays 2024 brings extra magic to every corner of the park.
