A Stroll Through Magnolia Park
The newly opened Magnolia Park, located between the Haunted Mansion and Tiana’s Palace, is a serene spot for guests to relax. Shaded by oak and ficus trees, this charming area is perfect for enjoying a Mickey-shaped beignet from Mint Julep Bar or taking in live entertainment. It’s the ideal prelude to your Haunted Mansion adventure.
The Expanded Haunted Mansion Grounds
As you approach the updated Haunted Mansion, you’ll step into the newly expanded queue and grounds, each detail steeped in supernatural charm:
- A Familiar Fountain: The Spanish fountain that once adorned Magnolia Park has found a new home within the queue, setting the tone for what lies ahead.
- Statues and Guardians: Stately ravens keep a watchful eye, and a crouching cat statue is poised among the wispy grasses, ready to pounce.
- Master Gracey’s Retreat: Explore a secluded garden designed by Master Gracey himself. Complete with a sea maiden fountain, an old gazebo, and a collection of personal trinkets, it’s a space steeped in reflection and mystery.
- Madame Leota’s Mystical Garden: The resident Seer’s garden is alive with magic. Frogs, lizards, and other creatures appear frozen under an incantation, while fortune-telling orbs and ornaments hang from a grand oak tree.
- The Mansion Greenhouse: This ornate glass-and-iron structure is where the mansion’s ghostly residents cultivate their otherworldly plant species
