Starting May 16, 2025, and running through summer 2026, Disneyland’s 70th-anniversary celebration will feature:
- Special Decor: Brilliant, colorful designs, including a medallion on Sleeping Beauty Castle.
- New Character Outfits: Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and their friends will don exclusive outfits in Town Square.
- Entertainment Highlights:
- A new nighttime spectacular, World of Color Happiness, inspired by Walt Disney’s opening day dedication.
- The return of fan-favorites like Paint the Night parade and Wondrous Journeys, now with enhanced fireworks on select nights.
- A new character cavalcade and projection show on the facade of “it’s a small world.”
- A catchy theme song, Celebrate Happy, woven into entertainment offerings.
- Attractions: The debut of Walt Disney – A Magical Life, a cinematic tribute to Walt Disney, at the Main Street Opera House.
Over at Disneyland park, the fan-favorite “Paint the Night” parade will return featuring stunning color, vibrant floats and more than a million brilliant LED lights.
The beloved nighttime spectacular “Wondrous Journeys” will also dazzle Disneyland once again, enhanced with fireworks on select nights.

- 90s Nite (March 4 & 6): Nostalgia-filled dance parties, parades, and nods to 90s Disney.
- Star Wars Nite (April 8, 10, 22, 24, 29; May 1, 4, 6): Galactic fun with characters and themed entertainment.
- Pride Nite (June 16 & 18): A celebration of diversity and inclusion with rainbow projections and fabulous entertainment.
- Oogie Boogie Bash (Aug. 17 – Oct. 31): Expanded to 31 dates, this Halloween party offers family-friendly thrills.
