Get ready, foodies! Morimoto Asia is bringing back its fan-favorite Ramen Rumble for its 7th edition on Monday, January 27, 2025. This high-energy culinary competition promises to be an unforgettable night, featuring five of Central Florida’s top chefs going head-to-head to create their own unique spin on ramen. Guests will have the opportunity to sample each chef’s creation and vote for their favorite, helping crown this year’s “Ramen Royalty of Central Florida.”
Who’s Competing?
This year’s lineup of talented chefs includes some of the best and brightest in the region:
- Chef Nikk Burton of The Monroe
- Chef David Tsan of Norigami
- Chef Tatsuki Takayama of WA Ramen
- Chef Eliot Hillis of Red Panda Noodle
- Chef Jamie Riccardo Martinez of Tutto Italia
Each chef will showcase their creativity with unique toppings, textures, and flavors in their ramen masterpieces. In addition to the coveted “Broth Belt” trophy, the winner will also enjoy ultimate bragging rights as the champion of this year’s Ramen Rumble!
Event Details
The 7th Ramen Rumble is presented in partnership with Sue and Jason Chin of Good Salt Restaurant Group. Beyond the excitement of the competition, this event gives back to the community—a portion of the proceeds will benefit Give Kids the World, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating magical experiences for critically ill children and their families.
