The countdown is on! Hong Kong Disneyland is gearing up for an unforgettable milestone as it celebrates 20 years of magic. Starting June 28, 2024, the park launches “The Most Magical Party of All,” a day-to-night celebration filled with new entertainment, dazzling parades, magical food, exclusive merchandise, and surprise character moments.

Start the Day at the Castle: “Disney Friends Live: Party at the Castle!”
The Castle of Magical Dreams becomes the center of the party with an all-new stage show. “Disney Friends Live: Party at the Castle!” is a high-energy, concert-style celebration featuring Mickey, Minnie, Duffy and Friends, and even Disney Princesses—all in exclusive anniversary outfits.
Expect giant balloons, LED backdrops, and not one but two new original songs written just for the event. And yes, the 20th Anniversary anthem sets the tone for the show! 
“Friendtastic!” Parade: The Largest in HKDL History
Hong Kong Disneyland is going BIG with its largest parade ever—“Friendtastic!” Featuring 11 floats, 100 performers, and over 30 characters, this is one you won’t want to miss.
Highlights include floats inspired by: Zootopia, Big Hero 6, Encanto, Turning Red, Inside Out, Toy Story, Up, Monsters, Inc, Disney Princesses, and Duffy and Friends
The Encanto float recreates Casa Madrigal with glowing doors and dancing tiles. And debut appearances? Say hello to Red Panda Mei, Officer Clawhauser, and Isabela Madrigal!
Parade route tip: It kicks off between Tomorrowland and Fantasyland and wraps near Main Street, U.S.A.—get there early for a great view.
Nighttime Magic: “Momentous – Party in the Night Sky!”
The fan-favorite “Momentous” nighttime spectacular is getting an anniversary glow-up. The new version, “Momentous: Party in the Night Sky!”, expands the castle projections down Main Street, U.S.A., turning the park into a 360-degree celebration.
Expect an epic mix of: Drones, Fountains, Fire effects, Lasers, Pyrotechnics along with Theatrical lighting.
Whether you’re in front of the castle or along Main Street, you’re in for an immersive show like no other.
Delicious 20th Anniversary Treats
Hungry for more? The celebration features over 80 new food and drink items across the park and hotels.
Try: a Giant rainbow cotton candy, “Party Bubbles” specialty drinks, or Seasonal dishes and desserts made just for the anniversary.
