ZOMBIES 4 Teaser Reveals New Rivals, New Music, and a New Threat
It’s officially time to return to Seabrook! Disney just dropped the first teaser for ZOMBIES 4: Dawn of the Vampires, the highly anticipated next chapter in the hit music-driven franchise. Premiering Thursday, July 10, at 7 p.m. ET/PT on Disney Channel and streaming the next day on Disney+, the new movie reunites Zed and Addison, introducing two new monster factions into the mix.
A New Monster Rivalry Begins
Picking up after the events of the first three ZOMBIES films, this new adventure finds our favorite zombie-cheerleader duo — Zed (Milo Manheim) and Addison (Meg Donnelly) — taking a summer road trip that spirals into an unexpected monster standoff. After a surprise detour, they end up acting as camp counselors to two rival supernatural groups: Daywalkers and Vampires.
Zed and Addison team up with familiar faces like Eliza (Kylee Russell) and Willa (Chandler Kinney) to help resolve tensions between Nova (Freya Skye) and Victor (Malachi Barton) — two powerful monsters on opposite sides. But with an even greater danger looming, they must unite their differences before it’s too late.
Packed With Music, Dance, and Disney Channel Favorites
ZOMBIES 4 will feature nine original songs and two fan-favorite reprises: “Someday” and “Ain’t No Doubt About It.” The movie’s next-level choreography comes courtesy of Dondraico Johnson, while Tom Howe returns to compose an energetic, original score that amplifies every scene. Director Paul Hoen, who has helmed all previous ZOMBIES films, brings back his signature style with a script written by longtime franchise creators David Light, Joseph Raso, and Josh Cagan.
The full cast includes returning stars and exciting new faces: Julian Lerner as Ray, Swayam Bhatia as Vera, Mekonnen Knife as Vargas, Lisa Chappell as Vampire Eldress, and Jonno Roberts as Commander Bright. Returning director Paul Hoen teams with longtime writers David Light, Joseph Raso, and Josh Cagan for what promises to be the biggest ZOMBIES movie yet.
The cast also includes Julian Lerner, Swayam Bhatia, Mekonnen Knife, Lisa Chappell, and Jonno Roberts as Commander Bright.
ZOMBIES 4 is Just the Beginning
To celebrate the premiere, the Descendants/ZOMBIES: Worlds Collide Tour kicks off this summer with over 43 arena shows across North America, featuring music from ZOMBIES 4 alongside hits from Descendants.
A new ZOMBIES 4 product line is also on the way. Including costumes, apparel, dolls from Mattel, and more for fans to bring the monster mashup home.
