The Disney Parks Blog recently released a list of 5 must-try eats at this year’s Epcot Flower & Garden Festival 2025. While their picks aren’t bad, they don’t match our top-tier lineup. Let’s take a closer look.
1. Beach Grub Booth – Seafood Bake
Disney Parks Blog Pick: Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with savory garlic spread and plant-based cheese.
Our Pick: The Seafood Bake. Shrimp, mussels, clams, andouille sausage, red potatoes, and corn on the cob—all simmered in white wine broth with persillade butter and served with freshly grilled sourdough. Stopping at Beach Grub and skipping something hot off the grill is impossible.
2. Yacht Grub – Trio of Dips and Chips?Disney Parks Blog Pick: Trio of Dips with assorted house-made chips.
Our Pick: Meat Assorti. Beef bresaola, prosciutto ham, and salami served with baby arugula, pickled mustard seeds, tomato jam, truffle aioli, and grilled ciabatta. Because who walks into a yacht club and orders chips?
3. Honey Beestro vs. Pineapple Promenade
Disney Parks Blog Pick: Honey-glazed Cauliflower at Honey Beestro.
Our Pick: Spicy Hot Dog at Pineapple Promenade. It’s back and better than ever. If you like heat, this delivers, and pairing it with a classic Pineapple Dole Whip is a no-brainer. Sweet meets spice—festival perfection.
4. Northern Bloom – One We Agree On
Both Lists Pick: Seared Scallops or Beef Tenderloin Tips.
Northern Bloom is a consistent hit. Whether you go seafood or steak, you win. But the Chocolate-Maple Whiskey Cake? That’s the true must-have. Rich, sweet, and unforgettable.
5. Citrus Blossom – A Zesty Finish
Disney Parks Blog Pick: Frozen Violet Lemonade at Pineapple Promenade.
Our Pick: Citrus Blossom, Orange-Lemon Smoothie served with or without the Orange Bird Souvenir Sipper. Want to level up? Grab the Orange-Sesame Tempura Shrimp while you’re at it. Fresh, crunchy, and a great balance to the drink. Bonus points if you sip it while relaxing inside The Odyssey.
Bonus Booth: Florida Fresh in CommuniCore Hall
This new rotating menu space is where culinary creativity shines. Highlights include the Warm Corn Cookie with Sweet Corn Soft-Serve and the Grilled Peaches with Burrata. The rotating menu changed on May 4th; we are looking forward to the Summer Solstice with Heirloom Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, Grilled Beef Strip Loin, and Peach Cobbler.
Disney Parks Blog has their list… but we came hungry. Let’s just say this isn’t our first festival. See you at the next booth!
