The Rich Eisen Show Is Coming to Disney+ and ESPN+: A Homecoming Two Decades in the Making

Rich Eisen Returns to ESPN, Streaming Daily on Disney+ and ESPN+

For the first time in more than twenty years, Disney, ESPN, and Rich Eisen are reuniting. Starting this fall, The Rich Eisen Show will stream live weekdays from 12 to 3 p.m. ET on both Disney+ and ESPN+. This will bring Eisen’s sharp sports commentary and humor to new audiences and kick off ESPN’s direct-to-consumer streaming service.

Eisen’s return is more than symbolic—it marks a full-circle moment. He rose to national prominence during his ESPN tenure from 1996 to 2003, becoming a staple of SportsCenter and major event coverage. He’ll now make select guest appearances across ESPN shows, in addition to continuing his NFL Network role.

What to Expect from the Rich Eisen Show on Disney+

“Rich Eisen is an ESPN icon and his return to Disney and ESPN platforms is a great win for all,” said Burke Magnus, ESPN President of Content. “The Rich Eisen Show is a unique blend that fans seek, mixing heart, humor, and insight.”

Eisen is just as enthusiastic. “To say this has been a long time coming is an understatement,” he said. “I never imagined I’d return to ESPN—especially not as a partner.”

Big-Name Guests and a Legacy of Greatness

Since launching in 2014, The Rich Eisen Show has welcomed a long list of sports and Hollywood stars. Notables include Tom Brady, Travis Kelce, Robert DeNiro, Jodie Foster, and Matthew McConaughey. The show’s charisma and engaging conversations keep fans returning—and now, it’s available to even more viewers via Disney+ and ESPN+.

ESPN’s digital content partner, Good Karma Brands, will handle sales for the show, expanding its reach.

More Than Just a Show—It’s a Return to Roots

Eisen has spent decades shaping sports media. From his early ESPN days to becoming the NFL Network’s first on-air personality, his journey includes four Emmy nominations. He also hosts NFL GameDay Morning, the NFL Draft, and Super Bowl events.

His “Run Rich Run” charity initiative has raised over $8 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

A University of Michigan alum and Northwestern Medill School of Journalism graduate, Eisen lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Suzy Shuster, their three kids, and two rescue dogs.

With The Rich Eisen Show now streaming on Disney+ and ESPN+, fans can expect more laughs, insight, and unforgettable interviews from one of the most trusted voices in sports media.
