Teachers: Turn Your Classroom Into a Disney Stage—Act Fast Offer Valid Until July 1, 2025

If you’re an elementary school teacher dreaming of bringing the magic of Disney to your classroom stage, this is your moment. Disney Theatrical Group has launched Stage Connect, a powerful new extension of the Disney Musicals in Schools program—and it’s available for free, but only until July 1.

A group of students is posed on stage—all dressed in street clothing (like hoodies, dresses, and t-shirts) made to look like different animals—during a Disney Musicals in Schools performance. One student is featured toward the front; they are wearing a crown and a cape

What Is Stage Connect?

For nearly 20 years, Disney Musicals in Schools has helped public schools across 22 U.S. cities and the U.K. launch their very first musical productions—reaching over 100,000 students along the way. The program traditionally includes free performance rights, a complete ShowKit, and hands-on help from Disney Teaching Artists.

Now, Stage Connect opens that opportunity to schools everywhere in the U.S. through a self-guided, online platform that empowers teachers with everything they need to stage a 30-minute Disney musical.

Free Resources, Real Magic

Apply by July 1, and your school could be one of up to 200 selected for the 2025–26 school year to receive:

  • Free performance rights
  • A complete ShowKit of materials
  • Professional-quality training videos
  • Downloadable rehearsal resources

The program is designed for public elementary schools and does not require prior theater experience. Your school will need a team of four teachers or staff members to participate.
