Oogie Boogie Bash Returns
The after-hours event, Oogie Boogie Bash, is back with more immersive experiences and villainous flair. Held on select nights at Disney California Adventure, the event includes:
- Villains Grove at Redwood Creek Challenge Trail — walk through a haunting, dreamlike forest transformed by Disney Villains.
- Immersive Treat Trails — meet favorite and rare characters while filling up on candy.
- Frightfully Fun Parade — a fan-favorite Halloween procession led by the Headless Horseman.
- Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party — reserve a spot with sweet treats and premium parade viewing.
Your ticket also includes access to DCA three hours before the party starts and unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital downloads from the event.
Ticket Sales
Tickets go on sale to Magic Key holders starting June 24 and 25, with general sales beginning June 26 at 9 a.m. PT at Disneyland.com. Use the “notify me” option while in the queue to be alerted when it’s your turn to buy.
Monsters After Dark
Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark returns as a seasonal overlay, available nightly at Avengers Campus. Rocket needs your help to rescue Groot from monsters who have overrun the Collector’s Fortress.
Family Fun with Mickey
“Mickey’s Trick and Treat” takes over the Disney Theater with a playful and interactive Halloween show. Kids can enjoy games, stories, and a special take-home treat — all without the fright.
Celebrate Día de los Muertos at Plaza de la Familia
From August 22 to November 2, Paradise Gardens Park becomes the heart of a meaningful seasonal tradition. Plaza de la Familia honors Día de los Muertos through:
- Live performances by the Storytellers of Plaza de la Familia
- A chance to meet a dimensional version of Miguel from Pixar’s Coco
- Traditional crafts, themed photo ops, and Tree of Life memory notes
- Delicious Mexican cuisine inspired by the film and its setting
Don’t miss the new Disney Pixar Coco Collection, debuting in September, with themed apparel, accessories, and décor available throughout the park.

Anniversary offerings that will continue throughout the Halloween season include the dazzling “Paint the Night” parade, the nighttime spectacular “World of Color Happiness!,” “Tapestry of Happiness” projections and thematic nods on Toy Story Midway Mania!
