Miley Cyrus is back with Disney in a dazzling new way. Premiering July 16, Miley Cyrus: Something Beautiful is a full-length visual album streaming on both Disney+ and Hulu in the U.S. This exciting release continues Miley’s strong connection to the Disney legacy.
The film includes thirteen brand-new tracks from her latest album. Each is transformed into a fantastical pop opera. Directed by Miley, Jacob Bixenman, and Brendan Walter, the film features lush cinematography by Benoît Debie. The project is a creative collaboration between Miley Cyrus, XYZ Films, Panos Cosmatos, Sony Music Vision, Columbia Records, and Live Nation.
After premiering at the Tribeca Festival on June 6, the visual album had a one-night theatrical release on June 12. Now, it arrives for streaming this summer. Disney+ will release the film in Canada on July 16. It will launch in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions on July 30.
