The Edison at Disney Springs is turning up the heat again this summer with the return of its signature event, the Bartenders Bash 2025. This exclusive evening of mixology, cuisine, and entertainment takes place Thursday, August 21, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the heart of Disney Springs.
A Spirited Competition with a Cause
Now in its second year, Bartenders Bash 2025 brings together eight of Central Florida’s top mixologists for a lively cocktail competition. Representing venues like The Edison, Morimoto Asia, Yak & Yeti, Atlantic at Epic Universe, and Mather’s Social Gathering, these expert bartenders will craft custom cocktails for guests to sample, savor, and vote on throughout the evening. A panel of local VIPs will also judge the cocktails.

Silent Auction Benefiting Give Kids the World
The evening also includes a silent auction with proceeds supporting Give Kids the World VillageThis nonprofit provides cost-free vacations to critically ill children and their families, creating unforgettable memories and moments of joy.
