ESPN and Disney+ Bring the Chiefs’ Dynasty to the Screen
The Kingdom, a new six-part documentary series, premieres August 14 on ESPN, ESPN+, and Disney+. Produced by Words+ Pictures and Skydance Sports, this ESPN Original focuses on the Kansas City Chiefs’ 2024 season. It also celebrates more than 60 years of franchise history.

Directed by Kristen Lappas (“Giannis: The Marvelous Journey”), the series includes executive producers from The Last Dance. It offers rare, behind-the-scenes access to the team. Viewers will follow Patrick Mahomes’ journey, Andy Reid’s leadership, and the team’s push for a Super Bowl three-peat.
