A Fresh Take on Pairings
This afternoon event blends Enzo’s Italian flavors with creative non-alcoholic botanical drinks. Guests enjoy a carefully curated three-course Italian lunch, and each dish pairs with an Aplós-based alcohol-free cocktail.
To enhance the experience, Executive Chef Ben Dodaro of Enzo’s Hideaway and Aplós Liquid Creative Director Lynnette Marrero will speak directly to the audience. They explain the inspiration, flavors, and craft behind each dish and beverage, guiding guests through the journey.
Event Details
The Mindful Midday Pairing starts in Enzo’s private dining space at 1:00 p.m. The event has limited seating, making it intimate and engaging. Although the menu is alcohol-free, the event is open only to guests 21 years of age and older. Tickets cost $75 per person, plus tax and a 20% prepaid gratuity.
