Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort will soon add a major dose of British flair with Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby, an all-new gastropub from the creators of Earl of Sandwich and world-renowned chef Gordon Ramsay. Inspired by London’s iconic Carnaby Street during the swinging ‘60s, this upcoming restaurant will blend culinary excellence, energetic design, and British pop culture into one unforgettable dining experience.

A Taste of 1960s London
Opening atop the newly expanded Earl of Sandwich, The Carnaby will capture London’s cultural revolution in full color. Plush seating, pop art, and a playlist packed with Beatles and Rolling Stones hits will set the mood. Guests can relax in cozy booths or enjoy views from two outdoor terraces overlooking Downtown Disney, creating a lively, immersive atmosphere.
A Menu Worthy of a Michelin Maestro
The Carnaby will serve Ramsay’s signature British favorites: beef Wellington, fish and chips, and sticky toffee pudding. Each dish reimagines traditional pub fare with refined presentation. The bar will offer a mix of craft beers, fine wines, and cocktails inspired by classic London lounges.

“All eyes were on London in the 1960s — a technicolor scene of fun and fashion,” Ramsay said. “We’re bringing those cool vibes to The Carnaby. With stunning interiors, great food, and music, it’ll be the ideal spot for date night or dinner with friends.”
Dining Meets Entertainment
The Carnaby will also feature live music on select nights, keeping the party going long after dinner. Themed sets and ‘60s-inspired performances will bring energy and nostalgia, making it both a dining destination and a lively nightspot.
A New Chapter for Downtown Disney
Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby continues the evolution of Downtown Disney District, expanding its lineup of premier dining spots. Following favorites like Earl of Sandwich Tavern and Din Tai Fung, The Carnaby adds a global touch to the resort’s food scene.
With rooftop views, live entertainment, and Ramsay’s signature flair, The Carnaby will soon become a must-visit when it opens in 2026 — where the spirit of London meets the magic of Disney.
