Disney Cruise Line will once again bring its “Magic Meets the Seas” float to the 99th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, airing November 27, 2025. This year’s performance highlights the launch of the Disney Destiny with a new song and a heroes-versus-villains twist. From the Concept art Disney shared, the stage appears to be very similar to last year’s parade. Check the performance below.
Magic Meets the Seas with a Twist
Captain Mickey, Captain Minnie, and their crew will parade down Manhattan, joined by Cruella de Vil, Maleficent, and Dr. Facilier. Their choreographed takeover is set to “This is Your Destiny,” an anthem written just for the ship. The song’s message of courage and confidence perfectly fits the Disney Destiny’s heroes-and-villains theme.
You can stream “This is Your Destiny” now on Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon Music, or find it in the Instagram music library for your own Disney-inspired posts.

The Parade performance teases what guests will find aboard the new ship, including a Cruella de Vil lounge, Dr. Facilier encounters, and a “Disney Hercules” Broadway-style show. Other highlights include an Incredibles-themed sweet shop and Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King, where dinner becomes a live musical celebration.
A Celebration of Disney Cruise Line
The float features eight Disney Cruise Line ship bows, symbolizing the fleet’s rapid growth to 13 ships by 2031.
