Disney+ has released the official trailer for Season 2 of Percy Jackson and the Olympians, teasing a thrilling new voyage through The Sea of Monsters. Based on Rick Riordan’s second best-selling novel, this chapter promises more danger, bigger adventures, and creatures pulled straight from Greek mythology.

Season Two Sets Sail December 10
Season 2 premieres December 10 on Disney+ and Hulu, starting with two episodes. New installments will follow each Wednesday. When Camp Half-Blood’s magical borders fail, Percy and his friends set out to find the Golden Fleece — the only hope to save their home. Their quest takes them into perilous waters filled with sirens, storms, and betrayals as they race to stop Luke and the Titan Kronos.

Percy joins forces with Annabeth, Clarisse, and his cyclops half-brother, Tyson, testing their teamwork and trust. The trailer teases sea battles, emotional twists, and mythic moments that will define their fates.
A Star-Packed Cast of Gods and Demigods
Returning stars include Walker Scobell (Percy), Leah Sava Jeffries (Annabeth), and Aryan Simhadri (Grover). They’re joined by Lin-Manuel Miranda, Jason Mantzoukas, Glynn Turman, and Virginia Kull. New faces, including Andra Day, Kristen Schaal, Tamara Smart, and Toby Stephens, bring fresh energy to the growing ensemble. Together, they expand the world of Greek legend in modern times.

Behind the Scenes and Beyond the Screen
Created by Rick Riordan and Jonathan E. Steinberg, the show continues to evolve with an all-star creative team including Dan Shotz, Craig Silverstein, and James Bobin. Riordan himself remains closely involved, ensuring that every episode captures the heart and humor of his books.

In addition to the new season, fans can dive deeper with the Percy Jackson and the Olympians Official Podcast, launching December 10. The companion series will feature behind-the-scenes stories, cast interviews, and exclusive content on Disney+, Hulu, and major podcast platforms.

Season Three Already in Production
Even before Season 2 sets sail, Disney confirmed that Season 3 — based on The Titan’s Curse — is already in production in Vancouver. Fans can now revisit the first season, streaming on Disney+, with episodes also arriving on Hulu starting November 10.
